Mindfulness is based on Vipassana meditation, a form of meditation that is more than 2,500 years old.
BARAKA launched it’s “meditation school” more than 20 years ago and has continued to be pioneers in Mindfulness in Spain. The team works at the forefront of research and teaches in this field together with other institutions at a university level. In this program, instructors will finish their training with sufficient tools and experiences to be able to design programs customized to teach Mindfulness to groups.
We also have a group of six different prestigious teachers that come with a lot of experience. Methodology
The most important principle of Mindfulness is to be committed to practicing. To take part, it is necessary to be disciplined enough to practice at least one hour a day for five days a week. Each month there will be proposals of different practices and starting on the third month each person will have a personalized program to work on their weaker traits of their unique emotional profile.
In addition, there will be a first-hand look at the many different Mindfulness programs that have been proven to be effective in research so far. The goal is for each participant who will receive their diploma to be perfectly trained in evaluating and understanding the disposition of the people they will be given to instruct and to design a program that will ensure good results in their implementation.
Online Support
The training session includes an online support platform where one is able to access course materials and other complementary courses. In addition, it gives access to a private network of communications so that students may be up to date with the events and be able to interact and share experiences with the rest of the group and professors.
