Creating difficult groups and projects, in which efficiency is combined with absolute care for processes and people, is not something obvious, nor something that can be done without the necessary preparation. Creating community is an art that requires knowing certain techniques and acquiring some skills. It is also important to know the functioning of the structures that every group must create for a good organization and operation. By creating these structures in a transparent and visible way for all, the group deepens in its democratic and previous practice the appearance of covert structures of oppression that favor certain people to the detriment of others. Its importance is such that we should seriously consider giving them sacred value. At least in the sense of being spaces that escape everyday relationships and are governed by a spirit of service towards a higher good. Hence the need to establish a ritual for its beginning and closure that reminds us that we are entering a collective space and that we can leave the egos out.
