TRAINING IN THERAPEUTIC YOGA
Two basic approaches define training.
A yoga for me: Each of the students lives the process of creating their personal practice based on their needs, experiencing the effects and results in their own experience.
A yoga for others: We provide students with the theoretical and practical knowledge that allows them to learn to create individualized practices and practice as yoga therapists.
The training is designed in the experiential study of the progressive application of yoga tools for therapeutic purposes, starting with asana and pranayama and ending with the most subtle techniques such as visualization, energetic routes, mantram, mudras …
